"The property was mostly as pictured on the VRBO site. A few differences but nothing major. It was clean and easy to find, close to Niagara on the Lake’s best hot spots. It wasn’t super well-equipped. The kitchen supplies were well-used and overall basic. For the price per night I thought it would be better equipped with quality items. Couches were terribly uncomfortable and not as pictured. Primary bed was very comfortable though. "

"Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. "The kitchen and washer/dryer room were fully stocked. The place was very clean. Located a short drive to Center Street, Artpark or the Niagara River. The bed sizes were listed incorrectly. It says 3 queen bedrooms. We found only 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom. Although we were able to squeeze in, it was inconvenient. The listing says sleeps 6. I am not sure where the 6th person is supposed to sleep. May we also suggest having at least 6 seats in the living room as that...

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay ant the Blue Lagoon, even though we were there in February during a large snowstorm. It was wonderful and quiet and had a great view directly out over the lake. Because of our own personal mixup, we had to contact the host for some more information. He responded immediately and was incredibly helpful. We’ll be going back! "
