The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! Great area with a clubhouse down the road for use. Would definitely stay again! "

"It was a wonderful tiny home to stay in for the long weekend. "

"I arrived amidst freezing outdoor temperatures to a warm and cozy interior. I was visiting family and was concerned about snow and ice, Laurie had assured me that it would not be a problem and she was right. The unit was exactly as described in the ad. Laurie made sure that the snow was shoveled and I had no problems getting out in the morning! A wonderful, peaceful getaway!"

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

"Had a great stay mid-week. The property had plenty of fun for the kids (shuffleboard, dart board) and was centrally located to walk to all the restaurants and shops! "

"14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!"

"This place was awesome... I was 15 minutes away working late... and I was too tired to drive home... I actually scheduled the wrong night and realized it after I got confirmation. But I messaged the renters and they just happened to have a cabin vacancy... they gave me the directions.. the key code and we worked everything out afterwards. The set-up is genius... the common area building has all the plumbing in it. Bathroom and showers with an open very well built living room with a kitchen. My...

"This was such a special trip. My fiancé, my parents, our two dogs, and I went up for the new year and had such a pleasant time. The house was clean, comfortable, and located within an hour of Stratton Mountain! Lars was fantastic with accommodation and communication. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
