"We were going to a Bills game the next day and this place worked out perfectly. William was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Sure the area isn't the best looking but neither is anywhere else in Niagara falls."

"Very cute and charming little house! It was perfect for what we needed. The property and house were very clean and tidy. It’s great location in terms of distance from every thing, had the weather been warmer we would have walked everywhere! The host was very responsive and helpful in many suggestions for the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood. Thankfully this house made us feel safe in a somewhat ify neighborhood so we were extra grateful for a safe place to sleep! "

"Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc."

"Was as advertised. Attentive host. Good distance to stadium if you are headed to Buffalo for football. Clean place and well stocked for your trip away from home."

"This house was a very nice and spacious. It is located very close to the falls . The host was super nice and responsive.my dogs loved the walks in the neighborhood. We had an awesome time. Will definitely recommend this house."

"We were so comfortable in the carriage house. The beds were cozy and it was very quiet. We could walk to a different restaurant every night! The historic structure has very steep stairs going up to the living space which were not a problem for us, but would have been if my elderly parents had been there. Definitely recommend this "

"We had a really wonderful and cozy stay here. We enjoyed being in a vintage property. The backlot needs some cleaning so that it is more enjoyable in summer. I would recommend staying in this property for a vacation."

"We were in Buffalo for a wedding and this was a great alternative to getting 4 hotel rooms! There was plenty of for all 7 of us. Every place we had to go was a short Uber ride, and it is only 15 minutes to the airport. The house was very clean, and had all of the basics we needed. "

"The house lies in a busy neighborhood, but was suprisingly quiet. It was a short distance from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The house was very nice and the doors auto lock. The only downside was even though we were upstairs, we could hear the guest downstairs moving around. It didnt bother us, but some people may not like it."

"Very nice property, well-cared for and very clean. Location is great near restaurants and shopping. Not too far from Bills stadium either. Also convenient for Sabres games."

"Overall our stay was enjoyable. The house is located minutes away from Niagara Falls State Park. Beds were comfy. Craig was responsive to our requests. Washer & dryer both need replacing. "
