"We needed a large property to accommodate 18 adults who were in the area for a local college graduation. We decided to extend the weekend an extra day to enjoy the area. The house was perfect. We were a bit confused about the layout description initially but once we got there, it made sense and it readily accommodated all of us. The open floor plan with a large dining table next to the open kitchen made cooking and dining a breeze. The bedrooms were all spacious enough and the beds were clean...

"My husband, son, and o stayed here for the third time this week. As always, it was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside near the water or inside playing with the games provided. We will be back again!"

"The property was in a great location and had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the owners were great ! "

"The host is very helpful, informative and promptly responds to emails. The house has everything you need and the setting is lovely with lots of different outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the lake, the birds, the occasional train and wonderful hottub. It is close to excellent dining and plenty of great wineries. We look forward to a return visit!"

"This is our fourth stay on Dave’s properties. We just love the quiet unplugged weekend. Dave is wonderful and always responsive. He is quite crafted at providing unique ways to keep you in lights and chargers!"

"We had the best time staying at this property! The house is spacious and the views could not be beat! We spent a ton of time sitting on the dock.. we fished and we watched the amazing sunsets every evening. We loved that kayaks & a canoe were available to use… as well as cornhole boards. There were a ton of games & dvds available to use too. This property was close to so many fun wineries.. and only a couple minutes from Sampson State Park, which had mini golf and a great playground. "I was so impressed with the host well before we were on property. She answered all of my questions promptly and was so welcoming. The home was comfortable and met our every need, including some items aimed at our dog’s comfort. The location is great for touring the area for wine and gastronomy and just general sightseeing. We would stay there again. Thanks, again, to the host. "

"We just needed a place without light pollution near Lincoln hill farm, so we could go to a concert, then lay in the grass and see some meteors. Pretty great."

"Dave has a great secluded get away property! The property was stocked with wood for fires, making it perfect for an evening to have drinks and make smores. It is close to many local wineries, making wine tastings even friendlier! The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. If you are looking to glamp but still have the rustic feel of no electric this is the place! This is a creative way to get people out and in tune with nature. "
