"Achei ótima localização, apenas 2 quadras da praia e do calçadão. Os funcionários são bem educados. A cama é bem grande e as instalações em geral são boas. Wi-fi e estacionamento grátis foram pontos positivos também. Pontos negativos: 1) - apesar de ter pedido quarto de não fumante, o cheiro de cigarro me parecia acentuado toda vez que entrava no quarto. 2) - quando precisei de gelo as 2 maquinas não funcionaram."

"Overall, the property was kept up well and comfortable. The bed was not firm enough for us though. The beach was REALLY close to the room and the pool was right there as well. There was a lot to do in the immediate area and Virginia Beach as a whole was really beautiful. We had a nice weekend. The owners were very informative, communicated well and were responsive to us. "The house was perfect for our family of five plus a friend, and room for more. My kids of all ages had a blast. The beach is easy to walk to and the horses are everywhere. The owners answered our questions/concerns promptly and even helped us check in early."

"The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice."

"I come every year and Steve never looks any older! Great stay, super comfortable and convenient with 7/11, Walgreens and dining options steps away. I walked to the beach and never moved my car. Kitchenette is unequipped so bring, plates, cups, cutlery etc if you need them. I’ll be back!"

"Loved the ease of access we had to everything. Place was as described on website. Will be recommending. "

"Myself, my husband and my son really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and quiet area for rest and relaxation. Beautiful walk to the beach along the canopy of trees walkway. Right next to the military base so felt very safe as well. Wish there was more availability for future visits but property appears booked for the next 2 years."

"It was so quiet and so relaxing. I enjoyed the views and especially the ocean during the full moon! I believe if more investments are made many more will book this 90s vibe vacation home. This is definitely a vintage treasure and should be maintained but not toy changed. Lori is very communicative and I felt safe the entire time. Thank you for the stay."

"I stayed here with a couple friends for my birthday party, and we all loved this place!! It was not as small as they warned us to be, and I would say it’s the perfect place to have a party with a few friends. I would 100% stay and have a party here again :) I have to thank the owner’s for fast and efficient communication as well! This weekend couldn’t have gone any better. If you are thinking of booking here, I absolutely recommend it! "

"Book this property for your next vacation ! The space was perfect for our family… plenty of room to spread out. The sunrises and view from the balconies were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The only negative thing was that the windows needed cleaning and the balcony could have used a power wash!"

"Property is clean and neat. However, a tad rundown. Very close to the beach as described and next to the Oceanview fishing pier. Communication with property owner excellent. Overall a good experience."

"The house was perfect for our family! Very well stocked kitchen! Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board that were provided to use in the canal right out back! Wild horses literally under the house while we were there, beautiful! Kevin was amazing! We called because propane was low and he was there in less than 20 minutes. The next day he drove by on a boat and we were on the deck and stopped to check if we were ok. Couldn’t ask for a better host! Thanks Kevin! "

"This was the get away we needed. Beautiful home in a sand community by the ocean. Who could.ask for anything better. We loved the open space of this home. Watching the sunset from the top balcony, bbq'd, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub and played a game of pool and of coarse the beach was right there. There is a small park down the road and we got to see wild horses. We had the best time. Kids were exhausted from all the fun and so were the adults. Thank you."
