"The beds were terrible. One of them had no springs in the middle. We have stayed here before and it’s definitely gone down hill. The shower head sprayed water everywhere so had to point it to the shower wall. The breakfast was mediocre. "

"Got to the hotel at 1:30 in the morning, the attendant tried to tell me multiple times that I didn't have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number and showed her the confirmation email & number from the site I used to make the reservation. She found my reservation, checked us in and we were on our way. We got into the room and there seemed to be a short in one of the lights - all it would do was flicker, a really small problem as all we wanted to do was sleep anyway. When we pulled...
