"The hotel is in a prime location, close to the main touristic attractions and government buildings. A new and very convenient shopping center is only two blocks from the hotel. The staff members are cordial, helpful and speak English reasonably well. Both the restaurant in the mezzanine level and the cafe close to the lobby are nice and cozy. The outside hotel aspect is very beautiful. The main critique is the room and bathroom. They are not horrible, but they need urgent improvements."

"Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...

"This is the second time we stay at this hotel and both times we have been very pleased. A note on transportation: Watch out for guys at the airport trying to sell Taxi service. They will want as much as $60 to take you to the hotel. If you call the hotel when you get there or before hand, then you can get shuttle service for about $17 (3000 Tenge). If you just want to use a cab: Right outside the airport are taxis that are labeled as such. Stay with those. Right as you walk out of baggage...
