"Would stay here again #6 Geronimo. We enjoyed our refreshments outside the unit, even turned on music and danced. No one else seemed to be around. Another party came in after we arrived and could not access their entry instructions because they had AT&T service. I was able to call Laurie at the 303 number and she verified and assisted the couple so they could enter their unit. Take food with you!"

"Our stay was excellent. Place was clean and easy to get to and had all the amenities listed. Kudos to our host and thanks for a great stay"

"We wanted to get away and leave the city behind in a dog friendly cabin with full kitchen. It's a great cabin for that. It had streaming services on the main TV. We had issues with our T-Mobile cellphone service. There is a Verizon tower close, I assume Verizon customers will have better service. I had to drive to Springerville to make phone calls on my T-Mobile cellphone. Our devices were able to use the cabin Wi-Fi to stream shows or movies. Spotty texting and no cellular phone calls...

"The house and property were both great. The views and surrounding areas were beautiful. Susan was an amazing host. Super friendly and made everything very easy. I would definitely stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. When we arrived, a cow elk greeted us upon our arrival. The scenery was spectacular. The accommodations were very welcoming, clean, and super cozy."

"Property worked out very well for what we needed during our 6 night stay. The main house kitchen was well stocked, showers were hot and the adjacent casita was perfect for additional guests. Thank-you Susan we appreciated everything. "

"What a wonderful house for group of friends!! Loved the wood stove...but also loved the fact that the bedrooms were downstairs where we could sleep in a cool room. Very well stocked even supplied the wood :-) we used every 'recliner chair/couch in the living space to sit around and visit... (loved the little guys in the surround trees) ;-)"

"Such a beautiful location! Our dogs loved running in the large fenced yard. Lots of beautiful hiking with amazing views. We also saw elk and deer off the deck in the morning. Such a great trip!"

"The host was very communicative and ensured I was aware of how to check in. The home was clean and cozy. There is a bay window that overlooked the front yard which was a nice highlight for me. This property was ideally located within range of lots of outdoors activities, local food spots but also a fully equipped kitchen when wanting to cook in and a grocery store (local eateries were closed on Sunday) . We hiked Thompson Trail and the little Colorado river walk. Our dogs (small) really...

"This property is beautifully located, clean and perfect for our stay. A few misleading items we noticed, trying to get an RV into the space is difficult due to the trees, the power to the RV space had been hit prior to our arrival so the post it was mounted to was leaning pretty bad and we were unsure if safe to use so it wasn’t. They say they have a charcoal grill however it only had a half rack which made cooking a lot at once impossible. There was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper for two...

"great ranch surrounded by lots of public lands.. gem junkies, hikers, hunters, or anyone wanting to see some cool wildlife, this is a perfect remote spot. Furthest ranch into the forest.. so your neighbors are animals and critters.. great family . w"

"Amazing little cabin overlooking small horse ranch. Near Lake Roberts, Pinos Altos and Gila Cliff Dwellings. Loved our nice quiet stay and watching nature and hummingbirds. The host was awesome in her communications and offered help if needed. Directions to get us there were perfect. Everything was wonderful in cozy, modern and clean cabin. Will go back again."
