What is a problem is - its in the middle of nowhere and expedia sent me the wrong name. You told me it was called (unusually )HOTEL IN FRONT OF LAKE ARENAL. And it was 15 miles from LA FORTUNA. After driving 45 minutes a kindly restaurant owner called the lady and gave me directions. I would still be looking now - its called LAKE 2 and even that is poorly signed....

"We got an upgrade because the room we had reserved was not ready. The upgraded room had 3 beds and 2 baths. The bathroom was huge and the furniture was beautiful. The view of the lake and volcano was gorgeous. The wrap around terrace was stunning. This was 10x better than the one bedroom, one bath we had. "
