"The property is modern, clean and functional. The location isn't bad if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the old town. I would've liked better bedding and sheets, but everything else was fine. I would like to thank the staff responsible for looking after the property as she was so helpful organizing our taxi back to the airport, fantastic customer service."

"Nice apartment with everything we needed. Just across the road from the old town. As a result it was nice and quiet without all the crowds but in minutes we could be across the river to the historic area."

Very good stay, but could improve some measures

"The location, breakfast, room, academy and other amenities of the hotel are great. It was also great to have the opportunity to use the small kitchen and prepare meals. However, I did not understand why I had to pay for a washing machine token that I did not use and returned, even though the amount was not significant and it was very uncomfortable to have my debit card details copied into the system when I did the check out. Two unpleasant and completely unnecessary measures."

"Very confortable and clean hotel. Professional and pleasant staff always available for help. Great breakfast even starting a little bit before the schedule what is outstanding for who has early tours like i did. I will recomend and keep Hotel Sana as a reference for sure. "
