"It was a great size room for my few days stay. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I forgot to pack a few things to get ready for the day and they were more than helpful to let me use some of their items. If I ever come through town again I will be staying here. Thank you Ameristay for your hospitality!"

"We stopped in St Joe to tour the historical museums. We decided to stay in a historic property, as part of the experience. The Vineyard B&B was perfect. It sits on "Mansion Hill", a very historic area of St Joe with many fantastic properties, some pristine and some waiting to be restored. The owners were very friendly and have a very interesting decorating sense. It felt like walking back into the 1890s coming in the front door. Highly recommend."

"Amazingly beautiful property! As we travel to show our kids the states we couldnt have picked a better place for them to experience the serenity of nature! The inside was gorgeous and very clean! Any questions we had Anthony was quick to answer and was super polite! From a family who travels alot this is top 3 one of the best stays ive had! Thank you Anthony for providing a great stay my kids will always remember! "

"Exactly as advertised. And we got the bonus of visiting with Root Beer, the former-stray Siamese cat that has adopted the Vineyard Mansion as his home. A much nicer experience than staying in a hotel room - we'll be back!"

"Very large old house that's apparently being renovated. Located in neighborhood that's seen better days. Couldn't beat low nightly rate. Mattress on bed was way too soft. Nice property manager."
