"The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. "

"The property is well located in Hunstanton with easy access to shops, pub and the beach.Well equipped and very spacious for 6 adults. We booked very late for New Year’s Eve and the host was very quick to respond and help with our arrangements. I will book again."

"Lovely cottage with many extras. Only issue we had was to get the TV to work consistently, managed to get in going for an hour over the whole of ChristmasEverything else was perfect."

"Wonderful cottage with absolutely everything you need. Contact with owner excellent Lovely relaxing break over Christmas "

"Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. "

"Very spacious well furnished property in a great village location close to the North Norfolk coast. We had a great short break and will hope to return for a longer stay sometime."

"Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."

"Coachmans Cottage was very peaceful, clean and well equipped. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. The countryside around the cottage was amazing and access to local amenities was very helpful as a family who were new to Norfolk."

"Lovely place for a long winter weekend away. Anna and John made sure we had everything we needed including extra treats for doggies and humans. "

"We had a lovely stay here for my mum's 70th birthday, property is cosy, comfortable and roomy for 8 And soo close to the beach. Rosemary put decorations up for me on request and even brought some beautifully decorated and very tasty cakes for us. Thankyou for a fantastic stay "

Dissapointing

"I had made a call prior to check in to request parking, advised to get there early and ask at desk. This was incorrect and there were no spaces available. At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. No apology what's so ever!! The staff member said I hope it will be better next time, to which I replied "I doubt there will be a next time" When I went to dinner my choice, battered haddock wasn't available, i think on a Saturday early evening this is totally unacceptable. The shower screen had black mould along the bottom which had been sealed in with sillicon, the kettle lid was broken making a refil almost impossible and the hairdryer had no nozzle to style my hair.. Resulting in "I won't be booking with you again". Regards Sue Smith"
