"This house was indeed cozy! The bed were very comfy and they made sure to have lots of extra amenities. We were there on a very hot weekend and the AC units were very lovely. The home is right next to an event center so there was a night that the music next door was loud, very late. My family and I felt very safe with the security system and had a very lovely stay. We hope to stay there again! "

"The property was set up in a nice park like setting, with a nice field and views of the river and river access. It had a homey feel. Gary was a very good host. We felt very welcomed. He was very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed every conversation we had with him. "

"Our family of three was looking for a peaceful getaway near the Red Mountain wineries and found it here! Location, cleanliness, communication with owner, full kitchen, and access to peaceful outdoor space by the river (filled with morning birdsong) were all beyond expectation. We further enjoyed the connection with our gracious host Gary. One of our best trips to Red Mountain yet! "

"We've stayed here mulitple times now. It's a great house. We'll continue to come back. Very clean, safe and great location!"

"Three nights in Kennewick with a variety of family members and we found the Goldmine to be the perfect size and location for everyone. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table. We fit 10 around the dining room table. The back yard is under construction, but the patio area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. I would stay...

"A well-appointed 1 br cottage - we definitely enjoyed our stay! Easy to find, clear instructions, and excellent communication from the property mgr. We really appreciated the library of good books and the Keurig coffee in the morning. Will definitely be back if we travel through the Tri Cities again. "

"This house was very comfortable! Clean and spacious! I recommend staying here!"

"Our daughter’s wedding was in a small town outside the Tri-Cities and we needed a large house to accommodate family coming from out of town. This house was perfect as every bedroom could accommodate adults (no bunk bed rooms). We hosted a rehearsal BBQ on the beautiful back lawn using the 2nd full kitchen. Our wedding party got ready at the house and our photographer loved the sunlit rooms for pictures. Kelly, our host, was so responsive to every question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
