"The price per night did not reflect the poor condition of the apartment. The television did not work, there was an iron but no ironing board and the condition of the apartment was very poor. There were several windows that had rotting wood and many of the skirting boards were in poor condition. The microwave oven was kept in a very high cupboard that required a chair to be used to get to it. "Our host was prompt in replying to any questions and check in was trouble free. The property location is great… two minute walk to the beach and ten minute walk to Church st Brighton for shops and restaurants. The apartment was charming and very well presented. Would thoroughly recommend "
