"We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking...

"This boutique hotel is charming from the minute you step into its garden gate. The staff is welcoming, very helpful and attentive to all our needs and more. The whole place, our room, amenities, attention to detail and the breakfast was to die for. The daily breakfast was fabulous. The sweetest lady chef and helpers prepared our omelets, fresh oregano pies, and special tea to perfection and much more. The bowl of fruits the day we arrived awaited us in our room and next day a bowl of cherries 🍒...

"This is the worst experience I’ve had so far in the hotel. At check in they gave us the room key, we arrive to the room and the door is open and room not ready with dirty sheets piled up on the bed and dirty towels. Then what’s worse is that at checkout they charged us $20 for dirty towels because they had makeup on them?! Never heard of this one before"
