"Hotel was great. Really good value and not far from the airport or Uluwatu, as well as Gyms, grocery stores, restaurants etc. It was a perfect place to stay before I had to fly out to Perth. They were even gracious enough to accommodate my ridiculously late check out request and without an extra charge. Thank you for a great stay. "

"Very pleasant stay. Lovely people there! Just a few things could have been nice. The gas was not plugged in for the stow, there was a list of prices for the drinks in the fridge, but fridge was empty. And the last morning when we were leaving early for the airport, there was no running water. Beautiful nice spot not long from shops and restaurants and lovely guarded and helpful staff ☀️"

"This is the only hotel in South East Asia that has not supplied fresh water. Also no food available. Second floor bathroom drainage not good. WiFi spotty. One night there was a large storm. The street turned into a river and the wastewater channel that runs alongside the hotel came through the wall and turned the courtyard and pool into a giant brown sludge. "Service was good but difficult with non english speaking staff. There is no airport shuttle, cleanliness is averge no plugs or dishwashing liquid or clean dish cloth or scourers or teatowl for drying dishes. Bathroom towels and mats were stained. The pool tiles needed scrubing and the street cleaned from garbage everywhere."

"The staff here are very helpful, smiling and caring, we came there for a wedding recently, grace picked us up from the airport, she was so friendly, we dressed in balinese attire, but we were sure it was correct, we stepped outside our room where staff saw us and helped dress my son, the next day the same staff member offered my son a traditional head wear xx such a beautiful gesture, we will be back"
