"We enjoyed our stay in the cottage although this was mainly due to the friendship of the four women. The views are breathtaking in the midst of nature’s beauty. There should be better signage on the road leading to the cottage. We arrived late afternoon, GPS on but service is not the best. We drove way past the small number sign. Four women alone on a wilderness road, no phone signal, no GPS and no SOS…..scary to say the least. Upon entry to the cottage, we were hit with cold dampness. Heat...

"The cottage was great! It has everything you need for a vacation stay. The host Daniel was always available with communication, very pleasant and approachable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck in the mornings having a coffee and having fires in the evening. All in all we give the cottage a 5 star review and would absolutely stay again.. "

"Close to a beautiful beach and cove. Close enough for day trips to other parts of Nova Scotia. "

"This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. The owner has amazing communication and provided an exemplary and low-stress experience. "

"OMG this home was such a stunner! We arrived after dark because of the ferry ride, but when we arrived, the house had subdued lighting, relaxing music and some essential oils going. We both walked in and said "Wow, Oh my god"! And it was still dark, so we couldn't see the view, but we could hear it. "What a find! This beautiful property just north of Shelburne NS, in middle Ohio nestled away from the wide world on deception lake was an unbelievable find. The last property on the winding road you a greeted by view of the lake and wonderful wrap around deck. The cottage was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and allows you to be removed from the world with all the comforts of the modern world. "It was a great location as we were looking for privacy and quiet. The cabin was excellent and the views great. We even got to see multiple deer. We would definitely stay again. The host was very kind and helpful."

"The cottage is wonderful in how eclectic it is. There are definitely several additions on the house, giving it lots of nooks to explore. It is a peaceful place to rejuvenate in, close to Yarmouth and other locations to vist. It was fun watching both the tide and the fog come and go. Had everything we needed for a four day stay. "

"Even though we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment, it was a perfect place for us to day trip from. Loved our stay."
