"Arezzo is a quiet town and excellent location to tour around Tuscany. The old town and sites are beautiful. It is easy to walk around and the apartments are well located to stores. The kitchen and baths are beautifully appointed. Stefano the host and owner took great care in restoration of this Renaissance palazzo. The apartment is on the main floor. And there is a beautiful one on the floor above - piano mobile. There is a beautiful private garden as well. "

"We are traveling with 6 persons through Italy. This villa was a wonderful change of pace to the crowded streets of the cities. Beauty, clean, and well stocked. A little off the grid but worth the train rides and car rental. "

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...

"Stayed here for 14 days. Generous space with lots of room for multiple guests. We didn't realize the villa was two separate units. This was unexpected as we thought there would be a central indoor staircase. We made it work but we did feel separate from each other. Eduardo brought us lovely treats from a local bakery a couple of times which was very kind. You definitely need a vehicle to stay here. While it says there are a few things in walking distance we felt the car was necessary....

"Great property with beautiful views on Cortona. The owners were very kind and very responsive. The swimming pool is very large and our kids spent an enourmous amount of time there. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious and well decorated with aircon much appreciated in summer. We had some issues with water pressure in one of the houses, but the owners were about to change the boiler and fix the issue. Highly recommended for two/three families."

L'alloggio era bellissimo ed esattamente come nelle foto, con molto spazio aggiuntivo (ad esempio il giardino d'inverno). La grande proprietà recintata con piscina era a nostra disposizione solo ed era l'ideale per il nostro cagnolino. Non era possibile scappare. "Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁"

"Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...
