"This was an absolute perfect isolated spot to unwind. My partner and I stayed early October- peak fall color season- with our senior dog. The view was absolutely amazing. The cabin had everything you could possibly need. There are neighbors but they're far enough and trees provide a great deal of privacy so hardly noticed they were there. We didn't think our senior dog could make the stairs to the loft so we slept on the pull out couch downstairs so she could be near us on her dog bed. The last...

"This place was perfect for our girls trip with our dogs. Spacious inside and great outdoor area that is remote and perfect for enjoying. Fireplace inside was great since was not exactly fire outside weather. Would recommend and stay again! Love the deck spaces too, especially for star gazing."

"Excellent rental. Property was clean and fully furnished. Coffee pot and all. Beds were comfortable and heating worked wondefully. The interior is even more inviting than the photos. Hot tub alone makes it a great deal. On the negative aspects the firewood is not included, but still readily available at 5$ a bundle. House was well appointed and very comfortable- we enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the availability of the wood they made available on location for a reasonable price. "This is my second fall trip to the Turtle Cove property in Hiawatha National Forest. The house and property were excellent, clean, and ready when we get in the first evening. The location made for great adventures and the morning views of the fall colors were excellent as I sipped my coffee. I will look to stay at this property again on my next visit to the area."

"The property was clean and spacious. Everything was as advertised. We didn't need to communicated extensively with the host but when we did the response was prompt. It's on the main highway through town, but was surprisingly quiet in the bedrooms, which are at the rear of the house. Overall a great place to stay!"

"What a wonderful place on Lake Superior! My husband and I spent 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the owners was wonderful and they were extremely accommodating. House was cozy, clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake was spectacular. The backyard facing the lake is just incredible! You literally can sit there all day looking at the lake and then looking at the night sky while sitting around the fire. Plus there is a sauna with...
