"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment at the back of the property on the second floor. The room was updated and clean. Walking distance to restaurants. It is attached to a convenience store for beer, snacks and alcohol. Pool was clean. Also has a whole bar area that you can leverage by the pool. Property can be a little noisy in the morning when everyone is going to work since it is located directly on the main road to La Fortuna."

"Der Gastgeber hat sich viel Zeit genommen für die Einweisung (zuviel). Als meine Frau eine Massage buchen wollte, kam seinerseits nichts mehr zurück. Vielleicht hatte er zuviel um die Ohren. Klimaanlage tropft und das Mobiliar ist alt. Trotzdem hat die Unterkunft viel Charme und ist sehr preiswert!"

"This is conveniently located near the airport and has a safe gated garage for your car. It is quite spacious and the internet is good. However I don’t believe one of the beds is a queen as listed—it’s a double bed. I found two roaches while there, one in the downstairs bathroom and one in the kitchen. Additionally, the water in the upstairs bathroom never warmed up beyond Luke warm. This space was fine for one short night when we needed to be up early for the airport but I wouldn’t stay longer."

"The property and the house were amazing! Spectacular view of Arenal from our balcony, nice pool, well stocked kitchen, and nice trails and view points on property. A short drive into La Fortuna and all the local attractions. Brayan the host was amazing. When I asked he provided local recommendations for attractions. He restocked or kitchen with more tea and coffee when we needed it. Most notably Brayan went above and beyond with a special request for Valentine's flowers."

"We stayed 3 nights at Cabañas Litos in February (couple). Everything was so perfect! At distance walk from restaurants, everything was clean and well maintained. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed to cook so we saved money to do all activities around. I strongly recommend!"

"The property was very clean! Anything questions we had were answered very quickly through WhatsApp. It was nice to know the owners are very attentive to your needs! It has everything we needed! It is about 10 minutes from town, but once you get used to the drive it gets easier. The road felt safe and no animals or critters came into the house (we were worried that might happen). Highly recommend this cute little place! "

"Serenity house did not disappoint! The views are outstanding and we spent hours on the back porch watching all the birds. Bring binoculars!
