"This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine."

"Die Angestellten sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich finde das Hotel ist auch gut gelegen. Der Al Shaheed Park ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und auch die Wassertürme am Meer kann man ohne Probleme zu Fuss erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Das Bett ist gross und bequem. Der Lärmschutz der Eingangstüre in den Gang ist aber miserabel, man hört alles! Es war sehr kühl im Zimmer und mit der Klimaanlage konnte man nicht heizen. "Our stay was perfect! The hotel made us feel comfortable all the time. Whenever we asked for something they would help is right away with a smile. The workers were polite and helpful.
