"Cute cottage perfect for 2 people. Beautiful views of the bay/waterway across from the nature reserve. Lots of birds to see from property/screened in porch. Walking distance to a couple restaurants but also a close drive to Main Street (restaurants and shopping). Short drive or bike to nature reserve and beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay and already booked the cottage for a week next fall."

"The cottage is as described. There is no stove but it truly didn’t matter. Bed is very compfy. Shower is clean and hot. Quit neighborhood. The screened in porch is the best! Coffee and reading in the rockers. The cottage is close to everything !Thank you Don. We loved our stay."

"We were pleased with what we found! The space was exactly as advertised and we really liked the fact that the bedroom was completely separate from the kitchenette and second bed. The two bathrooms we also great since it was my wife and I, our daughter and her best friend. The separate space for the adults was super! The cost of the room per night was very reasonable for it being the off season. "

"Great location convenient to restaurants and Assateague. The view from the porch is beautiful and the deck furniture is really nice. The appliances are ok. The kitchen drawers and cabinets need to be thoroughly scrubbed and organized. Allot of the things in the drawers needs to be discarded. The Master bed is ok. The other beds are very uncomfortable and could benefit from quality mattress toppers. Sheets and towels were clean."

"This was exactly what I was looking for. The Property is very private and the yard surrounding the house was huge. I found it comfortable and cozy. Randy was very accommodating and asked that you respected his property and clean up after yourself and your pets which is to be expected were I come from, a small ask. He had plenty to offer. "Overall our stay here was great. The house was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The only negatives for us were the very low water pressure in the shower, and having to park under a pine tree that dropped needles and sap all over our cars.
