"Existe 2 Beverly Hills(club e heights) no site não explica isso. O meu transfer me deixou cheia de malas na portaria do club e não era esse tive que ir a pé cheia de malas subindo ladeira até outra portaria.Pessimo. Falta de informação e estrutura para recepcionar o hóspede. O quarto de 2 suítes e grande e muito bom. O heights e silencioso e tranquilo. O club e muito barulhento e movimentado. "Great place with a beautiful location, super view of Los Cristianos. Very friendly reception, all employees and pool guards. The hotel provides access to a restaurant and bar, 3 swimming pools, 3 children's pools, a fitness room, 2 squash halls and a spa department. Good atmosphere throughout the facility, various activities you can participate in during the day and evening but quiet at night during the period we stayed there in January until February. "From start to finish it was as perfect as it always is. Reception staff, catering staff, cleaning and other staff so polite and helpful. Accomodation was excellent and we enjoyed the entertainment and great food. Ideally placed for us as golfers too, with wonderful coastal walk just a few minutes away. We have been going for a number if years and it will always be on our facourites list!"

"Everything was great except for the stairs but that was my own fault for not booking a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio, everyone was very helpful and I was even offered a different room, the people at the front desk were always on hand to help me in every way possible, I'll be going back again next year 👍🌞🌞"

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"Diamond resorts are instantly recognisable as having great self catering facilities, a home from home. Sunset View is no different and so the facilities are great and kept in great order. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had, and had at a different former Diamond resort has to do with the “Club Members”. Club Members pay a fee for points to secure a certain number of weeks holidays and so feel “entitled” to certain/specific accommodation in the complex. Twice we were...
