*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. The cozy living room welcomes you with seating for four and a captivating view of the Gulf of Mexico, looking out over the beach-front balcony. The well-equipped kitchen will meet your needs, whether planning for home-cooked meals or a quick snack after a day at the beach or lounging by the pool.

This 1-bedroom one and a half bath Destin vacation rental is perfect for up to four people, recharge each night in the comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. Flat-panel televisions are located in the living room and bedroom.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
