Memorial Day Weekend at Silver Beach Towers

This is a great property we have stayed there for many years. The unit was very comfortable, some hot water issues in the main shower and some rattling pipes but these were minor compared to the nice space and convenient location. It was a beautiful weekend. B. Carey Baton Rouge

Weekend Beach Birthday Celebration

We came for the weekend to celebrate my husbandā€™s birthday and fell in love with Destin. This property is the best! Ocean front view from every room. Parking is just off the elevator that is right outside the condo. So many shops close by, great food options within a mile, and the most beautiful beach Iā€™ve ever seen.

We will stay here again in the future. The views from every room are beautiful. The condo is spacious and balcony is very private. Condo facilities from elevator to pool bathrooms were clean/new and easy to access. Easy access from room to beach. 10/10

Has it all. Location, Condo Design, Service & Pride. It shows.

From the start everything was the BEST to date for any vacation in the past. Communication flawless. Wonderful location (Destin, Beach front, Condo design, furnishings, parking, access & security to facility, parking and condo) was superb. Easy access from condo to twin pools & hot tub. Everything from pool area lounges, tables, seating and upkeep was top notch. Easy access to beach and the use of beach provided lounge seating was great. It's apparent everyone who manages and performs the associated duties takes wonderful care and pride in their duties and it shows. Thank you to all.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful

This place was amazing! I will try and book it whenever possible. It was clean and the views were fantastic. Had a few minor things wrong but spoke with owner and taken care of immediately. Great place. You are up so high that the helicopter doing tours waved at us. Pretty cool.

Great view!

With the exception of a sort of cumbersome check-in process, we would give this room five stars. Great location, great view, great beach access, nice big pool, two hot tubs, covered parking. We arrived after the 4:30 PM cut off, so had to go to a different location to pick up a Fob to get into the building. Other than that, no complaints! We hope to stay here again.

Furniture falling apart

Previous guest items left behind in drawers. Furniture broken or missing cancelled reservation after arriving was told I would recieve a refund and that was a week ago. Still no refund.

Horrible communication and inaccurate listing details

Advertised free beach service which was inaccurate, had to pay $30 per day. Also had not advertised if arrive past 4:30pm, must drive to office at a different location (30 mins away) to obtain key fob. Master bedroom tv remote broken, tv didnā€™t work for 3 of the 7 days we were there. Hard to obtain any response from Destiny Property Rental. Floors were not clean, balcony door didnā€™t lock, rust on outside fridge paint, walls scraped/marked in every room. Loud pipe noise every time water was used. Resort/location is nice just select another unit and not Destiny Property Rental. Also the beach service did not tell me that if you do not check in for which beach set up by 11am, you will have to see attendant and get whatā€™s available if anything.

Family vacation

Beach service is not included! False advertisement! Remote in master has multiple holes where button should Be making it hard to change channels etc, only 3 dining chairs and they are very loose and wobbly, one chair outside is broke, water pipe makes loud noises randomly.

Disappointing Stay

We have stayed at Silver Beach Towers for over 10 years. It is a wonderful location and property. However our last unit reserved through VBRO had some issues. It had pipes that rattled every time a toilet flushed, chair on porch was in disrepair, furniture and fixtures outdated, one bar of soap in each bathroom, cannot check in until 4 p even if unit ready and no access code to reserve beach chairs in advance. The view from the balcony was the best part as well as the queen size bed in the guest bedroom and views from the bedrooms. Silver Beach is a great place overall and we will book there again just not this particular unit.

Pre-baby Vacation

We brought our daughter and son in-law on vacation before she had her baby. It was very clean spacious condo. We spent a lot of time on the beach and enjoyed the beautiful pool most every day we were there. The kitchen had everything my that was needed. Of course I did bring my own, pans not knowing for sure what to expect. If you need something to use for baking sheets For biscuits or something like that. lol. I recommend you bring your own because there is none. The only complaint I had was, if anyone takes a hot shower in the room, either one- the pipes would make a loud (I mean loud) rumbling sound. Even if it was a neighbor. So at 5 am it was not a good wake up sound. lol. And one of the balcony chairs was broken (looked like someone plopped in chair to hard and broke it) as well as one of the lounge chairs was rusted so much that when you sat down and sat back in it, it almost sent me through the window falling back. Thatā€™s how I noticed that it was rusted through. (Did not use again). Other than these few things we had a great time. It was worth the trip. You canā€™t always expect everything to be perfect especially in the salty air. lol.

Great stay with beautiful views

The property was nice, safe and secure. The view from the rooms were amazing and perfect for morning coffee. The rooms are nice and clean. There was not a lot of walkable meals but there was a putt-putt fun center & souvenirs walkable. Most things are a short Uber ride as well.
