The Salty Seagull is the epitome of beach life. Enjoy your vacation behind the coveted gates of Destiny East. Indulge in your very own private salt water pool in the enclosed courtyard oasis with BBQ grill and beautiful outdoor furniture.
Club Destiny is a 4 million dollar luxury resort style community center for the owners and guests of Destiny East. A short golf cart ride will take you to the pools, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis/pickle-ball courts. If you don't feel like grilling at home the club house also has built in grills and grilling station.
The home was built with entertaining in mind. The formal living room is open to a large dining room with dining table that seats 8.
The kitchen, breakfast area and family room all have stunning views of the courtyard and pool and are open to each other. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meal planning for your trip.

Sleeping arrangements:

Primary bedroom: King bed, large closet, private bathroom with walk in shower and separate whirlpool tub.
2nd bedroom: Queen bed, closet.
3rd bedroom: Queen bed, closet.
Sofa Sleeper: In the family room there is a sofa sleeper/full sized.
2nd bathroom in hallway between the 2 queen guest rooms.
3rd bathroom is just off formal living room.

Laundry:
Home has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Golf Cart:
6 passenger golf cart is complimentary during your entire stay at the Salty Seagull.
You must be 21 to drive golf cart. Proof of insurance and copy of drivers license is required prior to your stay.

Pool Heat:
Pool heat is available for $65. per night. Pool heat is flexible. Property manager lives in the neighborhood so turning it off and on is no problem. Just let us know the days you wish pool heat and you can decide at the time of your arrival.

Complimentary amenities:
Destin Vacation Company provides you with a starter package of amenities that include. Body Soap, Hand Soap, Shampoo/Conditioner,
Makeup remover towelettes, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish-washing soap, laundry detergent, new kitchen sponge.

Freee fun package is something that we pay for you to enjoy. We pay whether you use it or not so please take advantage of this!!!! Each day of your stay you get one free ticket to the following: The Seablaster, dolphin cruise. The Gulfarium. 4 different golf courses to choose a free round of golf. Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. Baytowne Adventure Zone. These free tickets are scheduled directly through Xplorie.


Additional Information:

No smoking or vaping in the home or in the pool area or screened area. $1000 fine if home smells of cigarettes or vapes.
No illegal drugs are allowed in the home or on the property.

College/Student groups are NOT allowed. You must be 25 to rent this property. This is not a party home or party community. This is an upscale community that welcomes guests that want to have a relaxing, fun vacation!

Destiny East Rules:
Wristbands are provided and must be worn to access all Destiny East amenities.
Noise curfew 10PM Sunday through Thursday and 11PM on Friday and Saturday.
No parking on the street between 1AM to 5AM
No blocking the sidewalk during the daytime hours of 10AM to 5PM
Trash cans can only be put on the street after 5 on Mondays for trash pickup on Tuesday and must be put out of site of the street by midnight on Tuesday. This same rule applies for Thursday for Friday morning pickup.
No jet skis, boats, trailers, motor homes, inoperable or commercial vehicles may be kept on the property overnight unless parked in a closed garage. Overnight is defines as 7PM to 7AM.
All fines by guests will be paid by guests immediately.
