Dining and a host of entertainment are also minutes away. Enjoy a day of shopping and entertainment at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, five miles away, or Destin Commons, just two miles. Bringing the kids? Head to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, five miles away. Or arrange boat tours, fishing trips, and dolphin cruises at Destin Harbor, within six miles.

Unwind in a main living area with a huge sectional, plush armchairs, and a 55-inch TV. Or enjoy quiet time in a second living area featuring a comfy couch, matching armchair, and TV. A stylish kitchen boasts dark wood cabinetry and a host of stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator. In the mornings, sip coffee at the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom offers a Tempur-Pedic mattress and an en suite bathroom outfitted with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate jetted tub. All the bedrooms have TVs, and one has a queen sofa bed.

A private deck offers a fabulous space for entertaining. Enjoy alfresco meals around the dining table, kick back between two rocking chairs, or claim the cushioned swing. The deck also has an outdoor shower and a gas grill. An upper-level balcony offers a quiet haven to unwind with seating and neighborhood views.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and two laundry areas.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family Vacation
The home has an open floor plan that accommodated our family. It was clean and comfortable in a great location only 10 minutes from beach in a quiet neighborhood. I’d encourage some updates with cookware etc. as well as some appliances that no longer worked.

Horrible Customer Seevice
I wish I could leave a good review. The house was beautiful and clean, but if you encounter a problem, don’t count on it being fixed. Within 30 minutes of our arrival we noticed the golf cart wasn’t on site and reached out to customer service. In response, I was sent a text stating that it was sent in to get the brakes changed and they’d inform us when it would be back. I asked if we could be reimbursed for a rental. I was told that was a possibility but that I would definitely receive some kind of reimbursement each day the golf cart wasn’t on property. I explained this was an amenity that we looked for specifically because we have small children and grandparents that we wanted to shuttle to the beach instead of having them walk, but we were okay with waiting for day two. However on day two and every day after that we were given no answers. Every time I called, I was told someone would contact me but was never given any information other than a text saying “we’re waiting on an update from the home care team”. We were not reimbursed, as we were told. Truthfully, it would have been completely fine with me had they remotely tried to communicate and make things right, but the issue was basically ignored for our entire 5 day stay. I’ll also mention that we expected to have basic supplies there but had to immediately go to the store for toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Lastly, checkout was at 10am, but the cleaning lady showed up at 915am and stood in the yard as we packed up our things. Again, the house was lovely. Just don’t expect any problem solving from the company.

Great house and the location is perfect!
We went down for 4th of July weekend and it was amazing. Check in was easy. House was very clean as we arrived. We had 9 adults and a baby and it couldn’t of been more perfect for all of us. Our daughter played in the huge living room all weekend. All 5 beds were comfy and big. The couch in the living room I wanted to take home with me. Walking distance to the beach which we utilized, plus it comes with a golf cart to shuttle everything and everyone. Couldn’t of had a better time. Weather was overcast but that didn’t slow us down. Will definitely try to rent this spot again.

Great location
We loved the location and the rental property. It was fully equipped with kitchen appliances, bikes, board games, and a golf cart. What more can you ask for? The only downside was the keycode didn't work to the keypad on the door when we arrived but that was fixed with one phone call. We really enjoyed our stay ❤ and we'll definitely return. I highly recommend this property.

Please Maintain the cleanness of the property for your guests.
Upon our arrival, we noticed while the building itself was just as advertised it wasn't cleaned to meet covid standards. We had to wait longer until a cleaning team came to clean and sanitize the inside and all the furniture. Plus the response time was not quick enough when I tried to get some assistance on some issues. Just need to do much better next time when guest arrive to have things ready and cleaned at the property. May have been keeping the property cleaned before but all I know is that they dropped the ball with us on the cleaning. Other than that we still enjoyed the large property and it's amenities after the cleaning.

We loved the fenced in back yard. It was a very nice spacious house in a great location.
We loved the house and location. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The deck off master is huge. The golf cart was a big plus. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The only thing we didn’t like was the window covering in the living room, because you could see through them at night. We would love to stay there again.

Me and my family stay at this property for our vacation and everything was as it was advertised to us. With the neighborhood being in a gated community, it was even better. The beach was just a short walking distance and restaurants and shopping mall was nearby. Overall it was a great vacation. We would definitely come back and stay at this property again

The house was in a great gated community about 5 min walk to the beach which wasn't needed because they provide a golf cart, clean but there where some small things that could've been done to make this the best stay like We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Property management left 6 bags, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls per bathroom to accommodate 6 guest for 5 days. It rain on the trip and we discovered there was a fairly large leak in the roofing but Overall its was pretty good stay. Truly it was the two bedroom in-law suite with two restrooms for me.

Property was very nicely designed, two of the rooms were set apart from the main house but all united together under one roof. very comfortable. Furniture had a rustic look but nice for the beach area. Only downer, you could she straight through the shades/blinds in the living room very uncomfortable with that. some of the other rooms upstairs were the same but wasn't a huge problem being upstairs. Golf cart was a plus. My sister enjoyed her birthday and I certainly enjoyed my anniversary stay! Thanks

Very relaxing
My family and friends really enjoyed our stay. All amenities were exactly as the description. The walk to the beach was about 5-10 minutes. The only thing we didn't get to do was visit the fitness because of miscommunication about how many people can be inside at one time but other than that the experience was enjoyable.

The property was nice in a nice neighborhood. Everything we needed was in this house. The only issue was the front door access. We were locked out a couple times. I called management the first time and after getting in the house, I was told that someone would call me before noon the next day to check the door. No one called and we wound up being locked out of the house again the next day. I had to call management again, in which, they finally sent someone to the property. My only complaint is no one did an initial follow up, as they said they would, which led to us being locked out a second time which was an inconvenience.

This home is beautiful and well laid out. The 2 separate areas are perfect for multi families. Easy walk to the beach, but the golf cart is a lifesaver for carting people and chairs. I would recommend renting a tent and chairs and keep for the time you are staying, It made our stay perfect. Internet is not the best, so make sure if you need for school work you have other options. That is the only semi negative thing I can say. And I used this to my advantage and stayed off the computer for my stay. Very relaxing.

great spaced out property. 2nd living room and 2 bedrooms with balconies off the garage not directly in main house. Golf cart super convenient. Lots of beach items in the garage. Well stocked kitchen ...plates..cups..silverware..pans... bowls. Etc. Small regular coffee pot or Kureig... outside shower in backyard. Hot tub closed due to Covid.

Nice but...
The house was clean and in a great neighborhood. It did have 5 bedrooms as listed, but 2 were attached to the garage so you are required to exit the main house. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be if you have a lot of small children. As another reviewer stated the golf cart and downstairs dryer did not work. We also called multiple times a day because we were only staying for 5 days. Each time I called they said someone was on their way to fix the golf cart and dryer but no one came. On our last day they apologized and said they would refund a portion of our rental cost for the golf cart but they did not. We have continued to call since we’ve been home. Each day they say look for your refund in 24 hours. 12 days later they are still saying we will be refunded in 24 hours. So if your renting this property for the golf cart access and ease of transportation (or to help you carry the 100 things your children want to bring to the beach each day) you may keep looking. If you don’t need transportation to the beach the house (other than the dryer) was fine.

The house in general is fine. Nice big house in a good location and a great gated community. The majority of the issues we had seem to be from the management company that runs the house. Major Issues: All of the towels in the house we folded and put away damp. They all smelled like mold and when we tried to rewash them, it was discovered that the dryer didn't work. So smelly towels all weekend was an issue. Also, the golf cart didn't work upon arrival. I notified the company immediately that it was broken and it took them 3 days to say that they couldn't fix it in time and offered a refund. Although the refund was given, it was still not enough to cover what a golf cart rental would have been for the weekend.

This home had everything you would need from towels to an ice cream scooper. Perfect location short walk, golf cart or truck ride to the beach. We did not want to go home at all!!! Loved our vacation!!

A great DESTINation
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. Perfect location. The only thing I would have to critique is the lay out of the home -- we didn't realize 2 of the bedrooms required a separate entrance and was not on the same floor as the other 3. We also didn't have blinds in those 2 bedrooms which called for an early morning rise.

Great Destin Stay
My family and I took a last-minute trip to Destin, over Memorial Day weekend, after things opened back up. The home was exactly as represented and it was spotless! Loved the split house design (2 bedrooms and a living room in one section and the rest of the house in a different section). Loved the location, inside a beautiful gated community and directly across the highway from the beach. Golf cart was a wonderful amenity and we used it to shuttle the family to and from the beach. Overall a wonderful stay!

Very spacious, clean, and nice!
Very roomy and clean. All amenities you might need Were on the property including lots of sand toys, beach chairs, ice chest, etc. The golf cart was an added bonus. Lots of room for our group and great access to the beach.
