Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath, 8th floor end unit located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Fabulous large open Chef's Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed; 50 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; blackout drapes; new carpet April 2023
Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertops.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; 38 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; new carpet April 2023.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop.
Living room has 50 inch flat screen cable TV, & blackout drapes
Full size washer/dryer in the condo.
Linens/towels furnished.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Family Vacation
This property is amazing for those who have young children and those visiting as adults as well because it is close to everything, water access is super easy and it is in a small enough setting to feel very comfortable and almost like everytime there is family. The pictures online were great and accurate but honestly its even better in person. The only thing we ran into was the A/C was struggling to cool but it was extremely hot outside during our trip so we believe thats all it was.

Amazing View
This condo was absolutely amazing and had the best view. Within 30 mins of being there we saw dolphins from the balcony. The pictures on the site do not do this condo justice. We will definitely return to 801! Also, the owner was easy to reach if we had any questions. Thank you Carolyn!

Fantastic location and view!
We loved the condo and the amazing views from the balcony, we even saw a sting ray and several dolphins. Everything was very clean and smelled great. There was new carpet in the bedrooms that was very nice and plush. The master bedroom was very comfortable and had nice bedding. Plenty of hangers in the walk in closet. Check in was a breeze as we had all the codes ahead of time, beach acces is only a few steps out of the back of the condo and the beach service was wonderful! Make sure and go down the first day to provide your information to the little shack that does the service. They will set it up for you daily, its not as busy as other parts of the beach. We were about 12 minutes from the Back Porch which had a great happy hour that starts at 3pm. We really appreciated the cooler and beach towels which we requested. These normally do not come with the condo as they seem to go missing per our host. There are carts at the entrance which are handy for getting your groceries up to the condo. There was a little construction but it was on an elevator and didn't last long. One thing to note, there is only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and there are no condiments so we had to purchase salt/pepper and additional TP. Overall its the perfect place to stay and we will be back!

Quick weekend getaway. Arrived early and took advantage of facilities before check-in. Did so again after checkout. Condo was updated and met all our needs. Less crowded beach than the larger condos.

The condo is large for a two bedroom. It is nicely appointed, which confortable beds and nice furniture. We loved the views and great beach access. The location in Destin is close to everything. We noticed several groups return to this same condo every year, and we will do the same when traveling to Destin.

Great location. Rent the kayaks and you’ll enjoy kayaking with dolphins. Very private and secure. Easy trash on the floor…super convenient. The condo was super spacious and perfect for a family! Loved it!!

The Best Stay!
All of these adjectives have been used before but I'm going to repeat them. The condo is wonderful. Roomy, attractive, has almost everything you could need. The view is A-MAZ-ING, breathtaking, gorgeous. Carolyn was great to work with. We can't wait to come back next year. Our only complaint (this is on building management not Carolyn) is that during our two week stay, there were never two elevators operating at the same time. The elevator maintenance team were there at least 4 times but still only one elevator. The only other option is to walk down the stairs. That's a long way for seniors. Also - it would be nice if the building had a recycling program .... Otherwise it was perfect.

Great condo, ON the beach.
The size of condo is great, didn’t want for anything. Woke up everyday, looking at water and sunrises, and sun sets. The pool was warm, even if some of the weather was cool. Would recommend !!!!

Highly recommended location and condo!
Great location and beach wasn’t crowed for the area. Condo was very clean and spacious. Only down side was no ice machine on-site for personal ice chest etc. Highly recommend staying here for any type of get-away!

We had a fabulous vacation! This condo is exactly as described, and is gorgeous! Very well maintained, and provides a beautiful view of the beach. We had a great experience with renting, check in and did not have any issues during our stay. We will come here again!

Ripping people with old furniture damage scam
The master bath smelled like urine from day one the furniture is old and wore out . Note people renting condo take pic of every peace of furniture for small rips or tears and if it gets bigger they charge you another 500 for wore furniture

Nice Vacation!
Property was nice. It was as described. We were hesitant going in as the condo was on the 8th floor. We prefer 1-3 floor levels on a resort property. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the inside, ease of getting an elevator and the carts provided for transport. The inside unit was nicely appointed. It felt a bit unclean as I'm not sure it had been rented recently. We are not clean freaks and normally don't even notice but we did notice some crunch on the floors and tidied up a bit. We wiped counters down with lysol and sprayed febreze in stale smelling areas. It made a huge difference. Beds were very comfortable and the room sizes, bed numbers, fit our family perfectly. There was sink soap, dish soap, dishwasher cubes, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and extra bath towels. Generously appointed. We were grateful for the beach service as that is a big plus so we didn't have to pack and carry chairs, umbrella, etc. We were able to walk to Dunkin Doughnuts for a.m. breakfast a few days and to Mellow Mushroom on our final night to have pizza while we cleaned up and packed. Destin was quite busy overall and more crowded for May than I've ever experienced. Assuming it was from stir crazy Covid isolation in 2020. We will definitely plan for an earlier time next year in hopes of avoiding the very large summer crowds. Overall, we had a great time and this property was very nice.
