"Beach Blessing" is a 5BR/3BA beachside getaway made up of two fantastic units that share a semi-private pool and outdoor area.
An incredible location, just 1.5 blocks from the sugar-white sand at Crystal Beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Cruise 1 mile for shopping at Destin Commons or 5 miles for outdoor adventure galore at Destin Harbor.

LIVING AREA
Sprawl out two comfy sofas and watch shows on the 50" flat-screen TV in the upstairs living area.
(One of the sofas opens to reveal a sleeper.)
**This property is made up of two units. The main unit is upstairs and the other unit is on the ground floor. Each unit sleeps six. The upstairs unit contains the main living room, kitchen and dining area. The bottom part of the unit contains sleeping quarters and a bathroom.

Please note: Guests do have to use stairs to access the main unit. The two units are not accessible through each other.

Each unit is accessible from outside.

KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen. A full suite of quality appliances includes a gas range and dishwasher.
When dinner is served, gather at the dining table with seating for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-unit property sleeps up to 12 guests between five bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor with separate, exterior entrances. The first and second bedroom each have a king bed, 32" flatscreen TV, and direct pool access, as well as access to the Jack-and-Jill bath with a walk-in shower. (This bathroom also has an exterior door that is accessible to the pool.) A twin-over-twin bunk bed is found in the third bedroom. (Please note that access to this room is via the second bedroom)

Upstairs, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the fifth bedroom includes two full beds.

OUTDOOR AREAS
A covered, poolside patio offers seating on a collection of Adirondack chairs as well as a grill and alfresco dining for six.
Enjoy refreshing swims in the 6' deep, heated pool. The private pool is exclusively your guests during your stay.

Driveway parking is available for six vehicles. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of S50/day.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway on the right side of the property.

Please do not park in 2 Parking spots out front. These 2 spots to the left are not to be used as this is parking for the front house.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD50 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Emerald Sun Vacations after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS
- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by Destin’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.


- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
