*We offer an initial set of complimentary toiletries, which includes one roll of paper towels, two dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom. You may choose to bring any extra supplies you require or conveniently purchase them at a local store along with your groceries.

*The Aegean is being renovated and we look forward to a beautiful new property. Improvements are ongoing but should not interfere with your use and enjoyment of the property. Building four is your building and no construction is ongoing there although the walkway has been stripped of tile. Construction may be visible and you may hear construction noise.

No parties or special events allowed, unless previously discussed and arranged with the property management company.
Absolutely No Smoking Allowed. This includes vaping. (The smell lingers!)
Please, no pets allowed, If guests bring pets there will be a $500 fee per pet.
For legal and safety reasons, please don’t exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time.
Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM. Be sure to respect the noise curfew if there is one listed for the property.
Please don’t turn the AC below 70 degrees during the Spring/Summer. AC may freeze up if it runs too hard causing additional problems, such as the AC shutting down and us not being able to get an AC technician out to repair it right away. It will get HOT quickly.
Please respect check-in and check-out times. Departure time is 10 AM and Check In time is 4 PM.
If anything breaks or you can’t clean up the mess yourself, please call us right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.
If you move any pieces of furniture around, please, please put it back where it originally was before you depart.
Please start the dishwasher before you depart.
Please take the trash out before you depart.

*Guests are responsible for any unreasonable damages caused during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, and equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repairs or replacements due to such damages will be charged to the guest. Any damages exceeding $1500 per reservation will be charged to the guest.
