Welcome to your home away from home in Desert Hot Springs, CA! Located in the Coachella Valley, Desert Hot Springs is conveniently close to Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Joshua Tree, Indio, and Coachella.

The space
You’ll be driving distance to several points of interest including the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the famous Cabazon outlets (and the dinosaurs), spas, casinos, and several breathtaking hikes. Enjoy wonderful views of the both the desert and mountains (you might even get to see some snow in the winter).

This private guest end suite comes complete with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small kitchenette. You will have your own private entrance around the house and access to parking in the driveway and street. (Another two rooms are available for rental separately within the house, but this suite is completely private with no shared spaces). Basic essentials such as soap, paper towels, bathroom paper, and towels are provided. A house manual will be provided upon arrival with instructions for the wifi, garbage disposal, etc., as well as suggestions for local food, drink, groceries, etc. Parties are not allowed and we ask you to please be respectful of our neighbors. Smoking is also not allowed on the premises. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hosting you soon!
Other things to note
MY REQUEST: To help keep room rates low. For the extra Towels, Blankets, and Pillows that you won't be needing, please place them inside the closet of the bedroom so I know they were not used. The room has the following:

Towels:
(4) bath towels
(2) hand towels
(2) makeup towels
(1) bath mat towels - for when you're out of the shower

Bedding:
(1) Comforter
(1) Warm blanket
(Bed sheet set, these will always be replaced)

Pillows:
(2) firm pillows
(2) fluffy pillows
(1) decorative pillows

Furniture: Please DO NOT rearrange furniture.

PET FEE: There is an after-your-stay pet cleaning/damage fee of $100 for any damage/cleaning during your stay. I would appreciate it if you let us know ahead of time before being surprised of the issue. This fee is only if there is any damage made by your pet or if any cleaning needs to be done because of your pet. Pet is NOT allowed on the bed and only one (1) pet stay.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Fee. Please message me to confirm the request is available and the fee is $18 per requested hour.

Electric Vehicle Charging Fee: An additional fee of $30/night. Nearby charging stations are located in the (1) Desert Hot Springs City Hall building parking lot: 66445 First St, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240; (2) Telsa Supercharger, 101 N Museum Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262, while it's charging you can sightsee downtown Palms Springs :)
