Comfortable and Spacious 3 Bedroom Home

Private newly remodeled home in nice suburban nieghborhod. Home is located 2.6 miles away from the Jordan Creek Town Center which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. It is also less than ten miles to Des Moines.

The interior features a living room, dining area, recently remodeled working kitchen, 1.5 baths, and 2 bedrooms on the main level. There is also a finished basement that includes a bedroom, family room with large screen tv and laundry area.

Feel free to make use of our fully stocked kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer and standard appliances (keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot, and electric can opener). Plates, utensils, glasses, and mugs are also available.

The home is handicap accessible with a ramp in the garage and handicap shower on the main level.

Multi-car driveway is available for off-street parking.

There is a desk on the main level as well as in the finished basement.

Each level has a TV with cable tv.

Lock box contains a key and a code to access the box will be provided

Perfect spot for our family!
Property is very clean and the host is very easy to get ahold of if needed. Close to the mall and seceral dining options. Nice deck and back yard to host a small get together after my daughter graduated college. Highly recommend and would rent again.

An Amazing place for families!
If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. The host is very responsive, the place is immaculate, and is so child friendly! There is a baby gate for the stairs, a pack and play if you forgot yours, toys for the kids to play with, and plenty of space to enjoy your time. Not to mention the beds are actually comfy. Location is great too, nice safe area, close to some playgrounds, and close to the freeway!

Everything was great in this quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy and very welcoming. Loved that there was plenty of towels and all the bath toiletries provided was a plus. There was coffee/hot chocolate pods provided which was nice plus since they are not always offered. The deck area with table and chairs was really nice(although the deck could have used a little tidying up).

The property was well taken care of and nicely stocked, and clean. The communications that were made with the owner were friendly and informative. Very nice place to stay, quiet neighborhood with easy access to main freeways for getting around. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again if the needs arise to be back in the Des Moines area. One party member had a walker and the ramp in the garage was very convenient for them

Ladies weekend
The property was adequate for our needs, but lacked some attention that I would expect in a rental property. A pipe was leaking in the basement and we had to put a bowl out to catch the drips. There was lots of food in the refrigerator and I wonder if anyone checks the expiration dates Garbage was left in a bathroom waste basket and there was a sock left behind by a previous renter. None of these were a deal breaker and it was the company of of group, rather than the house, that made it a nice stay.

Great Home In Jordan Creek
We found this gem and will be coming back when we return to Des Moines. We came for our sons wedding and used both bedrooms and the basement which worked perfectly for our group. Cute back yard was a fun retreat. Thank you for the use of your home!!!

Great neighborhood and location.
Perfect for our family. Toys for the toddlers, and loved the small back yard. Only negative, the alarm system announces every time you open a door or window. Not good when babies were sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

Beef Expo Stay
My family of 5 and our good friends family of 4 needed a place to stay the weekend to enjoy both State Wrestling but mostly the Iowa Beef Expo at the State Fairgrounds as our daughters both show cattle. The property was east to access from the freeway and an easy commute! With our one year old along we had a lot of stuff packed but found the house was perfect for babies! There was a gate for the stairwell, high chair, and pack n play. Had we been able to go outside there was also a small playground. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. Plenty of towels were in each bathroom as well as extra bedding for the big kids to sleep on couches. We used the washer and dryer provided several times. Parking got a little tricky with 5 vehicles as the driveway isn’t that big and street parking is tight, but we made it work! The property manager was easy to work with. We enjoyed our time here and hope to be able to use it again next year.
