We were able to walk to the event and also to other fun locations like coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the farmers’ market. The property was very clean and stocked with everything we needed (including lots of coffee!). Would stay here again. "

Coming from Texas with my family to stay in a house, but when I get there, host tried to put me and family in an apartment complex that looks like it it low income and is sorrounded by abandoned buildings. If I wanted to stay in an apartment I would have for a lesser price. I bookedxa home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. "Very well appointed place right near Court Street and all of the restaurants in that area of downtown Des Moines. Normal city noises; so maybe not everyone's cup of tea - but nothing out of the ordinary."
