Description of the property
The villa (500sm) has 2 floors: on the ground floor is the main dining room, the main living room with two separate areas and an antique fireplace to warm the colder evenings.

On the first floor is the master flat, with its kitchenette and refrigerator, its private living room overlooking the main terrace, the olive and palm trees and the pool and Spa Garden, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has both an antique bathtub and a separate shower stall and two separate sinks, while the other bedroom has a recently renovated shower, also ideal for people with limited accessibility. On the first floor there are a further 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms and overlook the garden, while the other 2 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms a few steps from the bedroom entrance and overlook the main terrace.
On the second floor are 2 further bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms. The 2 en-suite rooms on this floor each consist of two rooms, and both have a sofa bed ideal for children or to accommodate other guests.
All bedrooms and interconnecting rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, indoor and outdoor blinds, and all bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets on the windows, although due to the daily breeze and regular treatments on the property, both mosquitoes and mosquitoes are no longer present.

Description of the Villa's garden
The Villa's garden is approximately 4.6 hectares in size and includes the main terrace in front of the Villa, shaded by mature pine trees, palm trees and wild olive trees. In the shade and in the breeze, lunches or dinners can be enjoyed with premium tables for up to 29 people, while under the olive trees there are two interconnected outdoor lounges, ideal for relaxing during the day and enjoying wonderful aperitifs at sunset with views of the ancient Umbrian Hills.
On the left side of the Villa is a winter garden, shaded from the wind, where it is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the middle of the season. Just above this conservatory, and accessible from the back of the Villa and the main front terrace, is a shady rose garden, several terraces and our vegetable garden, which produces fresh vegetables ready to be served by our chef during meals. The pool area is also accessible from the left side of the Villa. It is about 100 metres away, ensuring the privacy of both the Villa and the pool guests. The infinity pool is 18.8 metres long and 4 metres wide, equipped with 20 sun loungers and 10 parasols. An outdoor lounge area is available at the bar/pool, where there is also a changing room.

All staff must be granted one day off per week, although guest service is always provided by a replacement cleaning or service staff or by the sous-chef for meals.
Extra hours can be arranged, subject to availability, with prior notice, at a rate of 40 € per hour payable directly by the guest to the staff member. Chauffeurs, massages, yoga classes and other services can be arranged upon request (a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all outside services). Points of interest and activities around Villa Talamo Fonteblanda: 1.5 km - 3 minutes The nearest village, within walking distance, offers all the essentials:

Bicycles and E-Bikes can also be delivered directly to the Villa. A guide can be contacted to take guests around the Villa or to the beautiful Uccellina National Park. Boat tours VTC Charter is a trusted boat rental company in the port of Talamone (velapassion.it). You can hire boats for day trips or for longer stays.
Biba Yachts (bibaboats.net) is located on the bay of Giannella, but also offers direct pick-up from the port of Talamone. Both companies organise tours around the beautiful Monte Argentario or the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.

Tastings can be organised directly at the Villa by Torgiano, another historic Tuscan winery that has recently launched a pure Sangiovese wine of the highest level: Ipsus. Tarot Garden Niki de Saint Phalle's esoteric sculpture garden, based on the Tarot cards, is located in Pescia Fiorentina, a 30-minute drive from the Villa. It is a very characteristic place, reminiscent of the architecture of Guadì. Montalcino The town of Montalcino is a 60-minute drive from the Villa, in the Tuscan hills, and is renowned for its famous Brunello wine.
Shopping and cities of art:
Perugia (20 minutes' drive) is the nearest charming town and includes many local boutiques as well as restaurants, bars and cafés.
Assisi is a charming medieval town just 30 minutes from the villa and has a couple of good restaurants within its walls: Da Guido and Da Sandra.
Siena Siena (1 hour's drive) is one of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany, also known for its famous horse race, 'Il Palio', which takes place in Piazza del Campo twice a year. Shopping is also a great idea in Siena, where you can find shops of the most prestigious local boutiques and renowned Italian and international brands.
