🚗 PARKING
• Find exclusive parking on the LEFT side of the driveway just for you.
• Plenty of additional street parking is also available for your convenience.

GUEST ACCESS.
You’ll access The Suite Spot via the wooden gate on the left side of the house labeled “The Suite Spot” where you will walk around through your backward space and enter through the black door with your PIN. Once you enter your PIN you will walk down the stairs to your cozy suite!

🏡HOUSE RULES
*** Any violation of the House Rules and/or Pet Rules may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund.***

• No Smoking / Open Flames Indoors
• No Unregistered Guests
• No Parties or Events
• Quiet Hours 10pm - 7am

🐶 PET RULES
• $75 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, 2 Pet Maximum Occupancy
• All dogs MUST be crate trained and potty trained. (Crate not provided)
• If being left on the property alone then all dogs MUST be crated.
• Pets are NOT allowed on any of the furniture at any time.
• Guest MUST ensure all feces (poop) is picked up and disposed of in the provided waste basket out back.
• Guest MUST clean their pets paws when coming in from outside of the property (wipes are provided - inclement weather dependent).

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK OUT
• Early Check-In: We're happy to consider early check-ins on a case-by-case basis. If you need one, just let us know, and we'll do our best to make it happen!
• Late Checkout: For any late checkouts, a $50 per hour Late Checkout Fee will apply unless prearrangements were made with the host. Your understanding and cooperation are highly valued as we aim for a seamless departure, setting the stage for our next guests. Thank you!

📝 PLEASE NOTE
*We live on the main level of the home and we have taken measures to keep noise to a minimum, however, noise may pass through the walls/vents from time to time. We kindly observe the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Your comfort is our priority!

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Upon check-in you will have the following included to use as needed for the duration of your stay:

• Starbucks Medium Roast regular and decaffeinated ground coffee

***If you need any additional supplies during your stay we generally do not replenish more than what is provided upon check-in. There are multiple stores in the area to include but not limited to King Soopers, Walmart, and Target.

🔥❄️ THERMOSTAT(s)
The HVAC thermostat is located on the main level which the guest does not have access to. We generally keep the house temperature 70°-72° F from 6am-8:30pm and 67°-69° F from 8:30pm-6am. There are also large egress windows in each bedroom for you to open as you wish.

Each room also has their own thermostat for the electric baseboard heaters.

🍼 CHILDPROOFING
Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
