You will have the entire spacious floor to yourself and are just blocks from 16th Street Mall, the Colorado State Capitol, and the hottest dining and nightlife spots downtown. Modern and upscale, this top-line unit offers the best of Denver.

Open floor plans and spacious living areas combine to create more than enough room for your group, and deluxe furnishings contribute to a luxurious feel. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2 sinks, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, 2 ovens, warming drawer, coffee maker, wine chiller, and microwave. The dining areas can accommodate 8 at the beautiful dining table and the kitchen peninsula will seat an additional 4. The entertainment area offers plenty of seating around the large flat-screen TV and fireplace. Take in the sunset and city life below on the balcony chairs. Unwind in the deep jet tub and large glass jet showers. There is a private washer/dryer in the unit. This unit can accommodate up to 11 people: 2 in the master bedroom, 4 in the second master bedroom, 2 in the guest master, 1 on the trundle in the hallway, and 2 on the sleeper sofa. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony, and two of the bedrooms have huge attached walk-in closets. Each room is tastefully designed with the highest quality beds, linens, furniture, and décor.

Awesome place to stay!
Good location, clean, great space for bigger groups, easy access. Smaller building which mean no crowds and personal/private feel. Host was great! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!!

Great spot for DT
We came to Denver for a golf trip and couldn't have found a better place for 8 guys! We all had our own beds and the shuffle-board led to some great entertainment. The place was spacious, clean and overall a great time.

Cool Fun Complex
The Colorado Unit was just as pictured. Fun to have the shuffle board table for entertainment. Staff was great. Unit Ice machines not working but staff offered to bring ice to us. Master has a lot of light exposure from the city at night and early morning sun through the blinds. Rooftop deck has incredible views and sunset over the mountains was a treat. Walkable area with nice choices for food. Stock service was nice to have everything was in order and in the unit when we got there. Thanks for a great long weekend with friends / family.

Great place
On a work trip with a team and this rental cost approx the same as several hitel rooms. Loved all the space, great kitchen and serving areas, big bedrooms, and really fun shuffleboard table. Allowed our time to be more productive and bonding. Close to downtown, capitol, and supermarket. Managers responded within minutes to questions or probs. Overall great experience.

This is the second Skyline unit I have rented for my team to stay for a convention at the Convention Center (which is an EASY walk from here. Both times, it has been a fantastic experience.

Very nice
The condo is very nice and we were very comfortable. The contents are not as high end as the place itself (older towels, no hooks for towels, missing bathrooms doors, no extras like coffee or tea, or personal touches), but very lovely. Be sure to check the people per bed situation. Although it sleeps ~10, that is only if you stack people into shared rooms, and sleep in the hall. We had a large group and were only given 2 fobs which made it extremely difficult to get in and out or into the other condo we rented in the same building. Also, they refused us access to the stairs which would have helped significantly with getting in and out. Very strange policy. That being said, the property manager was very responsive and did a great job helping us. I think the owners definitely need to re-think the key/fob/access situation.

Everything was great. Group had a great time. Light in the back right toilet room was out but no big deal. Some of the instructions conflicted between what was sent in email and what was printed. None of this a big deal. Still a great place with a great location.

Great space. It was all in great shape and lived up to expectations, especially the shuffle board table. Great for groups. That said, the roof top outdoor spec is only accessible if you pay extra money. This is not clear on the listing and was very disappointing. Also, bring your own speaker. The audio equipment was shot but no one said anything. Overall, very solid experience.

Second time staying here
While the condo is beautiful and works well for our family, the parking is not ideal with three small children. If I could recommend anything it would be black out curtains, doors on the bathrooms in the bedrooms and access to the vacuum as the sand from the shuffleboard gets everywhere! Also, possibly paying an extra fee to park in the parking garage on the property.

Do NOT book if you plan to have a car
Be cautious with this property, and do not book it if you plan to have a car. Management is hard-fast in their policies and don’t bend. BUT they don’t feel a need to honor their side of booking agreements. We arrived in the morning so tried to get an early check in since it was shown as empty the days before. But no way! The codes would be sent at 4 pm and had to wait until then. Fair enough. That was the stated check in time. So we sat there waiting at 4 pm. At 4:15 I started sending messages to ask where it was. Took until about 4:40 before we could get it. On the site we booked from it stated there was only one parking space reserved and any other vehicles would have to use nearby paid public parking. BUT after we got there, we were told no one could use the parking spot marked as reserved for the unit, and we did not even get the one spot as stated on the booking site. When I challenged the building manager his response was that there was NOT a free spot offered for anyone, and he had been there for 3 years, and he would have to see it in writing. I told him it was on the web site, so he said we would have to find it and show him. We did. In two places. He thanked us for pointing out the error, but said we still had to find other parking. After being challenged and told we had to “show it”, and then showing it only to have it blown off as a “mistake” that wouldn’t be honored says a lot about management of this property. In and of itself this extra $36/day to park could be acceptable IF you know it and agree up front. HOWEVER… the real parking problem comes from availability. During evenings expect to drive around waiting for someone to leave to free up a space… but it has to be right when the driver gets there or the car in front of you also looking for a spot gets it, and once you pass, the car behind gets it. Took about :30 minutes on one occasion, and you may not be very near. All this while the parking spot inside the building garage marked as “Reserved” for that unit # sat empty. We pointed out this was the third place it was “written”. But in fairness we didn’t see that until we were there. Also, various information and instructions in the “Welcome Book” do not match what is there. All that being said, it was a nice and clean property.

This place is amazing. Beds comfortable. Great kitchen but not completely stocked to my liking. Elevator wasn’t working when we first got there but that was fixed quickly. The fireplace in the unit does not work. The property is adjacent to a “cabaret”.

Great location- close to Convention Center
Five of us were in town for an event at the convention center and this flat was perfect for our needs and really convenient to the convention center. Check in was a breeze and the apartment was ready. The layout was different from what is pictured. Our location had a shuffleboard table running through the middle (many games played) and on bedroom had a king and 2 singles and the two others had a king bed. I had one question for the property manager who was easily reached and responded quickly. Checkout was simple. I would highly recommend to anyone considering this location.

Very nice but the kitchen floor was not very clean. There were ants but the kitchen floor.
The place was very comfortable with the exception of the ants by the kitchen floor. When we arrived we noticed tiny crumbs of what appeared to be bread on the floor and the ants were on top of those crumbs. But we cleaned the floor every day and bought some traps. I tried to contact the someone from the cleaning department but there was no response.
