- Bedroom 2 - Larger bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. En-suite bath with stand up shower. Full length mirror in hallway. Private entrance and patio.

-We allow smoking/vaping of marijuana on this level inside with the air purifiers on. No tobacco smoking inside; outside is OK.

Guests have access to the whole space including the 2 car garage.
Guests do NOT have access to locked owners’ closets on the lower level.
No mailbox access. Deliveries are welcome and come to the door.
The townhome is centrally located in a perfect spot for accessing all of the downtown neighborhoods by foot or are a short Uber/scooter ride away.
