Welcome to Denver! Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated private guest suite as you enjoy all the city has to offer. You'll get the privacy and comfort you need in a convenient location with an extra touch of home. We are conveniently located near Denver Zoo, Botanical Gardens, short drive to Downtown and many hospitals. We are a short walk to many coffee shops, ice cream, and local eateries.
The space
Your home away from home is accessible through a convenient private entrance, and includes 1 bedroom with a new queen sized bed, a bathroom with all new tub and fixtures, and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes and silverware, table and chairs, and more!
Guest access
You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate with no shared common areas, so feel free to come and go as you please.
In addition to your suite, you are welcome to relax on our traditional front porch, admiring the tree-lined the street, and taking in the hustle and bustle of our Congress Park neighborhood.
Other things to note
Our home is a well built pre-war home from the early 1900's, which means that you may hear some chatter and footsteps from upstairs.
