Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes (at the front and rear doors). There are no cameras inside the property. Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1000. Lastly, last-minute and unapproved late checkouts result in a $300 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. During your stay the below maintenance may take place: - The hot tub crew usually stops by every Wednesday. Please avoid using the hot tub for 24 hours after the hot tub cleaning, as per the cleaning company's recommendation. - The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday. - The trash company collect garbage every Tuesday morning or on Wednesday.
