The Ultimate Getaway, plenty of room for family activities and nice nooks for some personal time as well. Surrounded by beautiful pine trees, every view makes you breathe a little deeper. Multiple decks to enjoy the fresh air. Enjoy relaxing outside on the back patio whether its soaking in the hot tub or eating a delicious meal on the deck.

Fall Forest
It was a great place for our group of 4 adults. Every bedroom has a king size bed and the bedding is lovely. The kitchen/dining area is a dream. So large and well-stocked. The weather was gorgeous so we were able to be outside on the deck and enjoy the fall weather. The town of Evergreen has quaint shops and fun bars. We hiked, shopped, explored and had a great time.

Wonderful property with a very convenient location
5 adults stayed for a weekend and we really enjoyed ourselves. Nice spacious home with comfortable beds. Feels like a remote mountain getaway but only 10 minutes from restaurants, groceries, etc. Check in and out was easy and the home had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again!

Vrbo needs work
1. Front door handle is broke, only coded door bolt works. 2. Enough dust to wright your name on lights and kitchen counter. 3. Spiders crawling on walls and bugs and spiders in tub. 4. No curtains in lower bathroom. No privacy while showering. 5. BBQ filthy, could not cook. 6. Holes in walls from door knobs. 7. Extremely poor communication. Ask questions, no answers.

The house was double book and we had no where to stay. The host was no help- VRBO no help
Very disappointed in the host and in the process VRBO has to penalize hosts that double book. I called VRBO to assist us in finding a place to stay since the site was double book and they were NO help. They said they would "call back" when they found us a place to say and no one ever called back. Will never use VRBO again!

Weekend Boys Trip
This house is amazing! It's located right in the mountains and the views take your breathe away more than the elevation does haha! Great place to get away from the city and enjoy time catching up with friends while gazing at the stars.

Red Rocks concert trip.
I would recommend the property to anyone who is going to a concert at Red Rocks. The drive is easy and 20 minutes away. I loved Evergreen the closest town. The only criticism I would have is that there were electrical issues with outlets that did not work and switches. Minimal maintenance issues/upkeep and it would have been a 5 accross the board rating. Not a deal breaker just an inconvenience.

Unwind After Red Rocks at the Evergreen Foothills Retreat with Hot Tub
Our post-concert stay at the Evergreen Foothills Retreat was the perfect way to wind down after an incredible night at Red Rocks. The serene setting amidst the Evergreen Foothills provided a much-needed escape from the energy of the concert. The hot tub was a luxurious treat, offering relaxation and soothing sore muscles. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this VRBO rental as an ideal retreat after a concert at Red Rocks.
