The Space:
Inside this cozy 4-bedroom house in Littleton, you'll find ample space for comfortable living. The downstairs area boasts a spacious living space, perfect for relaxation from a long day of adventuring. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only.
The kitchen, though modestly sized, provides sufficient room for meal preparation with its decent counter space and essential appliances.
The bedrooms include three king-sized rooms and one bunk bed room, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for everyone in the family. There is an air mattress to accommodate a total of 10 people.
Overall, while the space is basic, it is functional and inviting, providing a comfortable environment for daily living.
There is a 1 car garage that you may use. We do have to keep the garbage cans inside the garage due to city ordinances, so please be aware of that. We do have plenty of space to park on the driveway.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay. This includes the spacious living area downstairs, the decent-sized kitchen, and all four bedrooms.

We happily welcome up to two dogs to join your stay. We kindly ask that you pick up after your furry companions and limit their time on the furniture to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Prior to your arrival, please inform us if you plan to bring your beloved pets along so we can ensure a pleasant experience for both you and your furry friends.
