The Space:

Home sweet (away from) home! This updated, ranch-style house has all the charm and amenities you could want for short getaways or extended stays. The hardwood floors and ample natural light give this place a bright and spacious atmosphere that invites you to kick back and relax after a long day!

The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked to make delicious meals throughout your stay. This property has no shortage of conveniences to make your visit that much better, with comfortable living spaces, two desks to get focused work done, and a front-loading washer and dryer off the kitchen!

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to University Hills, often described as Denver’s peaceful neighbor. It’s the perfect spot for those looking for a quaint suburban lifestyle with the hustle and bustle of Denver nearby.

Hit up South Colorado Boulevard (just minutes away) to indulge in the local foodie scene and shopping. The area is well-known for its delicious, authentic Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern cuisine. You won’t go hungry in this neighborhood! If you’re looking to stroll, check out Eisenhower Park or Highline Canal Trails for great views as you soak up the beautiful Colorado weather.

Gyros Town Restaurant (0.4 miles) - Delicious gyros, gooey baklava, and crave-worthy Mediterranean dishes.
Junction Food Hall & Drinks (0.5 miles) - Twelve food and beverage concepts serving dishes ranging from empanadas and tacos to pizzas and burgers, to gelato and coffee.
Baghdad Restaurant (0.6 miles) - Known for its falafel, shawarma, and other traditional Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes.

Looking to recharge in the mountains? Hop onto I-70 to experience breathtaking hikes and views within an hour. One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive a little over an hour through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a couple of hours of Winter Park, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

Getting Around:
The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown Denver is North of where you will be staying. HWY 285 and I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while you can hop on I-25 to access Boulder and Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. I-25 to HWY 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.

Both University Hills and all of Denver are highly walkable areas. In addition to nearby S Colorado Blvd, Cherry Creek, and LoDo/Downtown Denver are great locations to stroll. A car is recommended if you will be exploring the mountains. For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft to reach further destinations in and around Denver. Get exploring!

**House rules are located in the property's welcome book, but please note:
No parties or smoking is allowed in the home. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM and be respectful to my neighbors.. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. Additionally, an odor fee will be added to your reservation if smoking policies are violated. We appreciate your courtesy.

My home is professionally managed by a management company. They are available to assist from 8am-Midnight every day.
