You're covered with two dedicated desk spaces: one in the master bedroom boasting breathtaking mountain views, and another in the study, which also features a comfortable queen pullout mattress—a perfect spot for children or visiting friends during your extended stay.

The Space:

Step into our inviting sanctuary, where the charm begins right at the entrance with a Japanese folding seat—simply lift it from its mounted spot on the wall to ease into the comfort of taking off your shoes, a winter essential for shaking off salt and snow.
The heart of our home unfolds with an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen bathed in natural light. Marvel at sweeping vistas of the majestic Front Range, the vibrant Coors Field, and the twinkling city skyline. A convenient half bathroom is just steps away as you enter.
To your left, discover the second guest bedroom—a haven for book lovers with our fiction library. Dive into a collection that spans novels, biographies, autobiographies, and children's tales. Unwind on a plush king-size bed, and refresh in the attached full bathroom with its shower and tub.
Our well-equipped kitchen awaits culinary adventures with an array of gadgets including an air fryer, juicer, and both small and large blenders. Enjoy the convenience of a reverse osmosis filtered system, ensuring crisp, clean water from the sink and ice cubes in the fridge.
In the dining area, a digital piano beckons you to play melodies of relaxation. Instructions for our cherished Grandfather Clock are nearby, ensuring you can savor its timeless elegance during your stay.

Here, a comfortable queen-size pullout sofa and a full workstation equipped with a desk, keyboard, screen, printer, and essential office supplies ensure productivity and relaxation.
For your convenience during extended stays, you will have access to this unit's full laundry room.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom condo plus the two reserved parking spaces in the covered parking garage. The building is secure and requires FOBS for entry.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, Sky Lofts is located in Denver's central business district, LoDo, Coors Field, and the historic Ballpark District making it an ideal location for exploring Denver and the Front Range. This neighborhood is well known among Mile High locals for its walkability and historical significance. The community has a ton of charm, and one of its most desirable features is its proximity to other best-of-Denver areas such as City Park, Lower Downtown (LoDo), and the River North Arts District (RiNo). You’ll find coffee shops, craft breweries, museums, sports venues, and independent music venues outside your door. Soak up the tasteful and vibrant blend of old and new establishments while exploring Denver’s historic landmarks and longstanding food institutions.

Looking to recharge in the mountains? Hop onto I-70 to experience breathtaking hikes and views within an hour. One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive a little over an hour through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a couple of hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

Getting Around:
The Rocky Mountains are to the West of where you will be staying. HWY 285 and I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while you can hop on I-25 to access Boulder and Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. I-25 to HWY 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.

-The 16th Street Mall is currently undergoing renovations. While the neighborhood is still walkable, there is ongoing heavy construction.
