"The property was fantastic, location magical and we hope to return… our big issue was that a good chunk of the house had been closed off, including the washer and dryer, and the room I was going to sleep in, really put a kink into the stay. "It had everything you needed.2 fans in every room. But one air conditioner in the window by the back door would have cooled the whole house down. Nice open floor plan. Was very hot and muggy when we were there. Much needed hand rails on front steps would have been nice. And some cleanup landscaping would have made the outside look much more appealing. "This was my second stay here and it was lovely. We visited in November for a mother/daughters trip and stayed in the two bedroom suite. Rooms were very clean, had plenty of extra towels and the fireplace was lovely. We used the pool as well and walked on the beach. At sunrise on the beach we had a seal swim up and say hello. Excellent place to have a little R&R"

"Great place to stay, highly recommend to anyone, only 1.5 hours to Boston and only a few minutes to the ferries to M.V and Nantucket. quiet & safe place. Laundry is only $2 a pop. Bed was very comfortable couch was a bonus, having a kitchen was handy. Shops and good coffee close by."

"I spent the weekend in this adorable cottage after waking up in 5 different states 5 days in a row for a work trip. The location is perfect and the sunrise and sunsets from the beach were some of the most vibrant and colorful I have ever seen. I’m sure this is an amazing place to vacation in the summer but the quiet and solitude of November was its own treasure. And I was able to visit Walden Pond on my way to Boston Airport—-just a quick 30 minute detour and well worth the visit. "

"The house was very nice and the perfect layout for our gang. The check out pricess briught some grumbles from some family membersas well as the 10 AM check out. I explained its a lot of house to clean before a new group at 4PM. A relative that lives on the Cape said the other side of Sea Street is a bit shady, which is why I gave the 4 star for location. "
