"My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter for the weekend, and it was so much better than a hotel! It was nice to be able to spread out and have our own kitchen. This condo is in a great location with easy access to the university and 2 designated parking spots. The host, Maggie, was extremely helpful and responded immediately when I contacted her regarding a small issue. We would definitely stay here again!"

"It was a small house but very comfortable.Had all the necessary items in the house for my weekly stay. Enjoyed the shower.My only criticism would be to have slightly better beds. The beds were platform beds and a little hard probably could use better mattresses.Other than that, I would definitely stay there again."

"Property not as described. 2 story home with no AC on second floor and turning on the ac “full blast” does not resolve the issue. Broken brick and glass columns entrance way, grass knee high with glass in the yard, neighborhood homes with trash and broken down cars, backyard has building/shed with broken door and windows, doorways and windows with wooden shims/framing that are wet inside leading to cracks to see through to outside. Window seals are dirty and wet inside, multiple level of sub...

"Love the house"

"What a unique setting! Loved the stay. The train coming by periodically was a bonus (love trains). Everything we needed was right at hand. Easy walk to old town Northport, with good food, shops & galleries. The owners are responsive and provided a little surprise in the fridge. Some local craft beverages! Highly recommended. "

"Great home, great community and communication. Clean home, had a lil smell from old or antique woods, we really enjoyed the home. Will be up to rent again. Would love to speak with someone to set up an ongoing rental opportunities for the season. Please contact me at 469-412-2578"

"Had a great day at the house it had everything you needed, and many extras. It was a home away from home. very well decorated with lots of small touches. Great neighborhood close to everything you need but still in a quiet area."
