"Everyone is very friendly, the room is small but very clean. The breakfast is tasty with pumpkin porridges, eggs and many other dishes. You can walk to many scenic places of the West Lake. There are also good restaurants close by. Overall the service meets or exceeds the North American standards. "

"Lian’s Shanghai loft was perfect for our short stay! The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was cute and safe with good food and shopping options. "Die ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung war wegen angeblichem Wasserschaden nicht nutzbar und ich wurde auf ein Privatwohnung in einem anderen Stadtteil verwiesen. Diese war eine "Bruchbude" und entsprach in keinster Weise nur annähernd dem Standard der ursprünglichen Wohnung. "
