"What a perfect weekend get away for a family wedding in Carbondale at St. Rose of Lima Church and then reception at Birchtown Wedding and Evenings, which as less than 3 miles from the house! The home is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed views on the porches of the lake and time out by the fire pit. Just lovely!"

"I’ve stayed at many places. Let me tell you this is at the top of the list. The house is beautiful, clean (top to bottom) and the location and views are breathtaking. The house has everything you need on site and in kitchen etc. We absolutely loved the place and my teenage boys are already asking when we’re going back Again overall an amazing place and we”ll definitely be booking again !!!"

"I booked this stay to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday, in which she wanted nothing more than a big family reunion. It was such a beautiful property with amazing amenities. We were lucky with good weather in November to kayak on the lake. Everyone was so pleased with the stay and it was exactly what my mom wanted for her birthday. It provided us with unforgettable memories. Julia was very responsive and was an amazing host that helped with any question that I have. We will definitely be staying...

"Absolutely horrible experience with this property owner, Was notified one hour prior to my stay that it was cancelled for because of over booking..really !! I travelled that far and my stay was cancelled why? This has really turned me off to VRBO..I guess your company has poor communications..they said they called me, checked my call log no unknown phone calls, no messages.I messaged owner the morning of my stay for the key code for property..no answer until 2:05 pm that afternoon in a email...

"Loved the quaint farm house in a beautiful spot."

"There were some small issues with the cabin, but nothing that made us want to leave. I informed the company and they were very responsive. Its a cute cabin and loved the cabin theme throughout. We had a great time as a family and enjoyed our stay and loved utilizing the porch area. Very cute cabin."

"We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday everything was clean and ready for us we swam in the pond, did a bunch of fishing (bass were biting before dark every night) we hiked to the little water fall on the property, and celebrated my daughters 13th birthday with family, had a big sea food boil enough to feed an army and made enough memories to last a life time! We were here in February and had to come back in the summer time there’s no other words to say other then we love it! I’m sure...

"Lots of pros: home was lovely, comfortable and clean. Lots of space for our whole family and the yard was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked (altho probably could use a clean out to get rid of long ago expired items. The only down side was with the showers. The house is advertised as sleeping 14 but you can only use one shower at once as there is not enough water preasure to use both showers at once. This particularly impacted us as we we were all attendimg a mid morning funeral. ...

"Photos are somewhat deceiving- house is more “worn out” than I expected. Owner Joe was great, helpful, very gracious bring us breakfast treats and credit at local bakery. Location on the Delaware is spectacular !!!"

"My family really enjoyed Bonny's home in Honesdale. It was kept clean, the pool and hot tub were great. This is a very spacious home and my family of 9 had a great weekend. Thanks Bonny!"

"So I’m a college student that comes out here for my bf’s football games, and I stayed here prior to their renovations and I will say the rooms were definitely in need of some tlc… doable for a goods night sleep. But I just visited again and stayed here and OH WOW the renovations did wonders, the room was very nice and new. And also didn’t stink! As some of these other reviews say!"
