"My wife and I wanted to find a place that allowed dogs on the beach, we have a 1 year old Dachshund Shirley. Let me say the Cozy Cottage met all of our needs, the place was amazing! We loved the access to the beach from the property, it was a very quiet and peaceful area, we absolutely loved it and will be back again! Thank you so much Yesenia you’re awesome! "

"I booked this property due to the close proximity to my son’s tournament. It turned out to be so much more than a convenient location! It is an absolutely beautiful home and property, full of nature. It is so much bigger than it appears and is immaculately clean. The beach is less than a minute walk across the street and is perfect for long walks. We loved that is was a horshoe crab sanctuary, and did our part to flip any crabs that were turned over due to a storm. We hope to stay here again if...

"I can’t speak highly enough about our stay here! The location is perfect, close to the beach and nightlife. I was a little nervous about the potential noise level at night but it honestly felt so secluded and quiet. Sitting out on the back porch was a highlight, the fan creates a lovely breeze even in the heat. "We had never been to Broadkill before but it was ideal for children. The beach was quiet and the bay was calm. The shed was equipped for our time in the sun! The backyard bedroom was perfect forWhen the grandparents came and wanted some quiet in the evening and mornings! The home was clean, cared for, and comfortable.
