We invite you to be one of our FIRST guests at our newly renovated circa 1840 farmhouse (original stone foundation & master bedroom flooring).
Our farmhouse is in the BEST location: Right in the middle of beautiful Virginia Wine Country! Vineyards and breweries galore within 5-15 minutes! Five minutes to Sky Meadows State Park! 25 minutes to Shenandoah National Park! 60 minutes to Washington DC!
Come enjoy a spacious interior & beautiful, relaxing patio, endless grass, and hot tub with your friends & family in beautiful Virginia horse and wine country.

What to expect when you stay at our home:

INDOORS:

Main Level:

*KITCHEN- fully stocked for you to use! Pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs, crock pot, cooking sheets, etc. There is a dishwasher, french door stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, oven, and HUGE pantry for your use. There are also bar stools on the counter bar.

*BREAKFAST TABLE AREA- Table seats 6, look out the bay windows while you eat or enjoy your morning coffee.

*LIVING ROOM- 55' tv with Dish TV. Seating includes a sofa, two love seats, single chair, plenty of end tables, coasters, and throw blankets.

*FORMAL DINING ROOM: Twelve foot long table with seating for up to 16.

*LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer for your use. Laundry pods provided.

*HALF BATH: Toilet and sink.

Upstairs-

*MASTER SUITE: King bed with green tea infused memory foam mattress, four pillows, flat screen TV with Dish Network, night stands with USB plug lamps, plenty of closet and shelf space. Sitting chair with throw blanket. En-suite bathroom has a walk in shower with rain fall shower head and quartz bench.

*BEDROOM 2: Queen bed with green tea infused memory foam mattress, flat screen TV with Dish Network, night stands, extra USB plugs, a corner closet with plenty of shelves and places to hang clothes.

*BEDROOM 3: Queen bed with green tea infused memory foam mattress, flat screen TV with Dish Network, night stands, extra USB plugs, a closet with plenty of shelves and places to hang clothes.

*BEDROOM 4: TWO TRIPLE BUNK BEDS! Green tea infused memory foam twin mattresses, bean bags, and old school Nintendo. Corner closet with plenty of shelves and places to hang clothes. Each bed on the bunk bed has a weight limit of 150 pounds. DO NOT cram adults into this room or these beds.

*BATHROOM 2: Full bathroom with bath tub, shower, toilet, and vanity.

Basement:

*BEDROOM 5: KIng bed with green tea infused memory foam mattress, TV with Dish Network, sitting chair with throw, huge closet space with shelves and rods for hanging clothes. This bedroom is closed off from the main space with a barn door. PLEASE NOTE- this bedroom does NOT have a locking door.

*BATHROOM 3: Double shower head walk in shower, toilet, sink.

*GAME ROOM: Pool table, refrigerator, counter space, bar table space with several bar stools. TV with Dish Network. Has an exit door to the outside patio.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Brand new hot tub! Giant hand stamped patio with brick fire place (firewood not provided). Charcoal bbq grill (charcoal not provided). Adirondack chairs, bar stools and tables, benches on deck, tree swing, and hammock.

AMENITIES: Starlink Internet, ceiling fans, Dish Network TV, board games, outdoor games, pool table, a/c, heater, down comforters, extra pillows, throw blankets, usb outlets in every room.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Parking is for 3-4 cars max. Please plan accordingly.
2. Starlink internet has been stellar so far. If it’s stormy, it may lag a bit.
3. Yard work is done on a weekly basis between April and October. Terrence comes once a week. Feel free to give him a little wave. :) He will not ever need to enter the house.
4. The home is treated by a professional pest company. However, this is the country. As beautiful as it is, you may still come across some in the home and the yard.
5. Some windows do not have screens. Take care when using.
6. Please respect quiet hours. 10pm-8am.
7. This is an 1800s farmhouse. It’s old, and quirky in many ways but we did as much as possible to regain its charm and originality. Please take care of it. The floors in the master bedroom are originals!
