"This home on Lake DeRuyter was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house was equipped with all our needs. The owner was responsive with questions. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming was great as weeds were well controlled. The property is dog friendly as well, which made this vacation even better. Will definitely stay again!"

"This house was comfy and cozy from the first moment I stepped inside. A group of six of us were in Cazenovia for a high school reunion, and it was perfect for us. We all had spacious bedrooms, and a kitchen that allowed us to all gather and snack around the center island. The front porch was delightful - each morning most of sat out there with our coffee, watching the sun coming up and many friendly neighbors walking their dogs. One morning we had breakfast for 7 at the large dining room...

"EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is."

"Marc was easy and responsive in our communications. The lake is beautiful! Property was very clean. There are very steep stairs leading up to the apartment/house. It would be helpful to leave a welcome binder with wi-fi, TV information, kayak rentals and things do do around town. Overall Good enjoyed my stay there."

"We booked the Song Lake house for a four day period at the beginning of August and from start to finish, our expectations were met or exceeded on every point that's important for us. "Family from all parts of the US met at this beautiful lake setting for a reunion get-together. It was perfect. Plenty of room for sleeping, lots of water “toys”, a very well-equipped kitchen. "Out weekend at Paradise Getaway was just what we expected. The kitchen was very well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans,etc. The beds were clean and there were ample towels for all 11 of us.
